This community features a comprehensive water management system that minimizes water consumption and maximizes efficiency. They have implemented STP and they have rain water harvesting. They have carried out many ground water recharge initiatives which have made them 100% self reliant when it comes to water needs. 
  • Brigade metropolis – This is a 1600 flats residential community located in Bangalore, India.  This community features tireless efforts of those who work to promote animal rights, rescue and rehabilitate animals in need. This community helps street animals by feeding them and conducting sterilization drives. They also take care of special needs of dogs who will be life long  on renal diet and renal medications.
